Show 173
It's a classic - Split Enz and their complete 1980 album True Colours.
Split Enz started in Auckland New Zealand in 1972, in 1975 they moved to Australia, and in 1980 they released True Colours, recorded in Melbourne, their fifth and most successful album. As an example of the band's ANZAC character, in 2010 the album was ranked 22nd in a list of 100 best Australian albums, despite its origins as a New Zealand group.

The name of this program is the Down Under Hour, not the Down Under 40 minutes, so here's Split Enz live to complete the hour, from their 1984 farewell tour, which they called Enz With A Bang!.
Two songs recorded at Festival Hall in Melbourne on November 5, 1984:
Lead A Horse To Water
One Mouth Is Fed
(Festival Hall is the venue that hosted the Beatles on their Australian tour in 1964.)
From what was billed as their last show, on December 6,1984, at the Logan Cambell Centre, in Auckland, New Zealand:
Six Months In A Leaky Boat
Straight Old Line
Dom Mariani and the Majestic Kelp start us off, move us along, and tell us when we're done.
