Harsh but fair, in which we try to challenge listeners a bit

Intro: Roulette - Dom Mariani and the Majestic Kelp, Underwater Casino, 2003

Devil Got My Woman - Spencer Jones, from his album Rumour of Death, which came out in 1994.

Door To Your Soul - Beasts of Bourbon, from Sour Mash, their 1988 album.

A battle of the bands featuring the Dolly Rocker Movement and Belles Will Ring.

Round 1:

What’s That Sound - the Dolly Rocker Movement, off their 2009 album Electric Sunshine.

Street Lamp Stomp - Belles Will Ring, from Crystal Theatre, 2011.

Round 2:

Tell It Like It Is - the Dolly Rocker Movement, from their 2006 album A Purple Journey Through the Mod Machine.

Older Younger - Belles Will Ring, from their 2018 album Mood Patterns.

The next three songs are included in a segment I’m calling What’s Happening In the Garage?

1. I’m Raved Out - Hands Of Time, the album titled Hands Of Time, released in 2000.

2. Curse My Happiness - Skegss, from 2021, their album Rehearsal. I came across this band while web searching for Australian surf music. Turns out these guys are musicians who surf. Not quite the same but pretty good nonetheless.

3. You Must Be A Witch - the Philistines, they put it out in 1988 on an EP titled Bloody Convicts (the band originated in Hobart, Tasmania). It’s a cover of the song by US band the Lollipop Shoppe. This version is from the compilation A Savage Affair, which came out in 2007.

Set - King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, from one of their 2023 albums, The Silver Cord.

Confessions Of A Psychopathic Cowpoke - Ariel, from their 1973 album A Strange Fantastic Dream. Features Bill Putt, Mike Rudd and Tim Gaze. Look them up.

I Looked Down the Line And I Wondered - the Drones, from their album Gala Mill, released in 2006.

You Really Don’t Care - the Drones, from their album Wait Long By the River and the Bodies of Your Enemies Will Float By, a 2005 release.

Outro - Chicken Omelette, by Baby Langston, from their acclaimed album.
