White Wine In the Sun - Tim Minchin. He released it on the album Ready For This? Live At Queen Elizabeth Hall, London, in 2008. This version was recorded in concert in 2009.
How To Make Gravy - Paul Kelly, a song that has become an Australian holiday season classic. He first recorded it in 1998 for his album Words And Music. This version is from his collection The A-Z Recordings, taken from concert performances from 2004 to 2010. In November 2025 Kelly released a sequel to the song, Rita Wrote A Letter, on his latest album titled Seventy. It isn't a Christmas song.
