Write Stuff Interview with Mark Oliver - Thurdays, May 15 and 22nd, 8 PM

Thursday evening on Write Stuff we’ll air the 2022 interview with Mark Oliver.  Mark wrote Voices of the Golden Ghosts – African Americans in the California Goldrush.  The book shares the stories of African Americans who came to Northern California during the Gold Rush.  The project has brought a lot of artistic folks in the performing arts together who have shared this history with audiences throughout Northern California.  Today, as a small-budget, award-winning film, “The Golden Ghosts” lives on and continues a mission to shed light on a part of history largely ignored.
