This week I will continue to bring to you the absolute latest smooth jazz releases and also the very best of the classic old songs from this format. In addition in the middle of the first hour I will play this week’s billboard top three smooth jazz songs. Currently the number of new releases is amazing. It seems to me it has not been like this for a lot of years. I really believe we are experiencing a resurgence in this format. August was an  extraordinary month and I will try to at least give you a taste from these new releases.

I’ve got a real treat tonight. I have  some one song early releases that will be from albums that do not even have a scheduled release date yet. We will hear from Jazmin Ghent, Doc Powell. Kayla Waters, and The Braxton Brothers.

After billboard's top three in smooth jazz for this week, I have for you new releases from Jeff Ryan, Steve Oliver, Josh Vietti, and Dave Koz.

Stay tuned for turn up the quiet time the second hour. See if you agree with me which TV theme song stands above the rest as the best of all time. Smooth jazz guitarist Larry Carlton won a Grammy Award for this song. It is one of four Grammys Carlton has won during his stellar career. My wife Joyce also talked me into playing what she considers to be the current best TV show theme song.

Signing off tonight with a classic song  Espirit de Four with the four fantastic musicians from the group Fourplay.
